On March 19 the development file for the 1104 Halton Terrace will come to Planning and Housing Committee. The request is to amend the Official Plan to allow one additional storey at the site, resulting in 5 storey building. The site is currently zoned for 4 storeys with the developer asking for 5. The portion which amends the zoning bylaw requests a decrease in required parking.
