The City of Ottawa has received an application to amend the zoning bylaw at 1158 Old Second Line Road. the Kanata North office will hold a virtual information session on August 2nd, 2023, at 7:00 pm where the applicant will have a chance to present their design and answer questions from interested residents.
City of Ottawa staff will not be present, given resource limitations resulting from recent Provincial legislative changes to the Planning Act. Samantha Gatchene (Samantha.gatchene@ottawa.ca) is the City planner overseeing the file and welcomes any comments.
The application is seeking to develop a Planned Unit Development with eight stacked townhouse buildings with a total of 100 dwellings units.
