I have received much anticipated news this week regarding sidewalk repairs and the final top lift of asphalt in Richardson Ridge.
The builder is responsible for this work as part of their subdivision agreement. Sidewalks will be repaired along Escarpment Cres and Devonian Way. Concrete removal and replacement work will be completed to fix the large scaling problem of these sidewalks.
Once finished, the asphalt work will commence. The following streets will be receiving the final top lift of asphalt:
- Escarpment Crescent
- Breccia Heights
- Devonian Way
- Greensand Place
- Coquina Place
- Terrane Place
- Gabriola Way
- Arkose Street
- Boundstone Way
The work is scheduled to begin at the end of June and is expected to be complete by late August, weather permitting. I will continue to share any updates as they become available.
