On March 4, 2024 our office will be holding an information session regarding the application to amend the City of Ottawa’s Official Plan at 1104 Halton Terrace. The development seeks permission to build a five storey residential building with 103 dwelling units, 124 parking spots, along with 72 bicycle parking spots.
