On March 4, 2024 the Kanata North – Ward 4 office hosted an information session regarding the application to amend the City of Ottawa’s Official Plan at 1104 Halton Terrace. The applicant’s presentation was led by Christine McCuaig, from Q9 Planning and Design. She was joined by Anthony Bruni, Architect, Colizza + Bruni; Mark Bissett, Civil Engineer of Novatech; Ryan James, Landscape, Novatech; Brad Byvelds, Traffic, Novatech; and by Brian Saumure, Owner, Maple Leaf Custom Homes.
